DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7213 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7213 <br /> Lands located in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 5, Town of Medina, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said <br /> Section 5; thence West 1160.80 feet; thence N 25°33'41"E 2600.37 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue North 25°33'41"E 245.05 feet; thence South 80°06'37"E <br /> 423.00 feet; thence S18°34'31"W 362.00 feet; thence N 64°26'19"W 451.30 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
