Conditional Uses . The following uses of the Property <br /> shall be prohibited unless a permit for such use as a conditional <br /> use is issued pursuant to the procedures and standards in place to <br /> grant such conditional use permits under the appropriate local <br /> zoning code, after approval of such conditional use by the Town <br /> Board of the Town of Westport (the "Board" ) : <br /> (a) Residential uses limited to apartments for owners, <br /> operators and/or managers of a permitted use in the B-1 <br /> District, multi-family dwellings (not to exceed four <br /> units, one of which may be a 3 bedroom unit, the other <br /> three not to exceed 2 bedrooms each) , and rooming or <br /> boarding houses to the extent that they are used to house <br /> students and participants enrolled in, teaching in, <br /> managing, or otherwise supporting on-premises programs. <br /> 3 <br />
