(b) Motels and hotels serving the needs of those <br /> enrolled in, teaching in, managing, or otherwise <br /> supporting on-premises programs . <br /> (c) Nursing homes, convalescent centers, and/or extended <br /> care facilities . <br /> (d) Conference and convention center. <br /> (e) Recreational facilities affiliated with a permitted <br /> B-1 use and lighted to operate at night . <br /> 4 . Site Plan Restriction. No new buildings, structures or <br /> facilities may be constructed on the Property, except upon approval <br /> of the Board and Dane County approving authorities, and only after <br /> site plan and design review approval by the Town of Westport and <br /> the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee . <br /> 5 . Signage and Lighting Restriction. Use of signs on the <br /> Property, excepting signs incidental to use of the parking lot and <br /> driveway, shall be limited to one sign the size and location of <br /> which shall be approved by the Board, which approval hereby now <br /> only includes the currently existing sign not to exceed 10 feet by <br /> 13 feet to allow for advertising of on premise use only. One sign <br /> to allow for advertising of on-premise use only shall also be <br /> permitted on or immediately in front of the exterior of the <br /> existing main building. Exterior lighting on the Property is <br /> hereby limited to such lighting as is reasonably necessary to <br /> safely accommodate permitted uses which do not conflict with the <br /> restrictions in paragraph 1 (g) , above. <br /> 6 .
