The following uses of the Property <br /> shall be prohibited unless a permit for such use as a conditional <br /> use is issued pursuant to the procedures and standards in place to <br /> grant such conditional use permits under the appropriate local <br /> zoning code, after approval of such conditional use by the Town <br /> Board of the Town of Westport (the "Board") : <br /> (a) Residential uses limited to apartments for owners, <br /> operators and/or managers of a permitted use in the 8-1 <br /> District, multi-family dwellings (not to exceed four <br /> units, one of which may be a 3 bedroom unit, the other <br /> three :iot to exceed 2 bedrooms each) , and rooming or <br /> boarding houses to the extent that they are used to house <br /> studen':s and participants enrolled in, teaching in, <br /> managing, or otherwise supporting on-premises programs. <br /> (b) Motels and hotels serving the needs of those <br /> enrolled in, teaching in, managing, or otherwise <br /> supporting on-premises programs. <br /> (c) N•irsing homes, convalescent centers, and/or extended <br /> care facilities. <br /> (d) C)nference and convention center. <br /> (e) Recreational facilities affiliated with a permitted <br /> B-1 uss and lighted to operate at night . <br /> 4 .
