Stoughton Rd. <br /> MEETING AGENDA <br /> April 2„ 1998 <br /> 7 PM <br /> A. This will be a special joint meeting with the Blooming Grove Town Board. <br /> The groups will be gathered to hear a presentation from Mark Roffers, senior <br /> planner with the Dane County Planning Department. <br /> Mr. Roffers will explain Dane County's new, trial land use management <br /> program, Transfer of Development Rights. Mark will also tell us how Blooming <br /> Grove might participate in this pilot program, if it chooses. <br /> B. Action items <br /> 1. Approve minutes of March 18, 1998 meeting. <br /> 2 . Approve voucers. <br /> C. Discussion items <br /> 1. Informal discussion with Conrad Skoyen, 3412 Furey Ave. Gallagher Plat <br /> regarding possible rezoning of property at that address from B-1 to R-3. <br /> 2. Review status of annual land use plan review. <br /> 3. Set agenda items for next meeting. <br /> 4. Reports from commissioners. <br /> 5. Any other business as may be necessary. <br /> PLEASE NOTE: A quorum of the Blooming Grove Town Board may attend this <br /> meeting to gather information relevant to their responsibilities as town <br /> trustees. No matters shall be considered nor shall any action be taken by said <br /> town board members at this meeting. <br />
