PLANNING &DEVELOPMENT <br /> Land Division Review <br /> PRCEE ?T Y <br /> Planning & Development <br /> City-County Building, Room 116 <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Mr. Scribner: <br /> The Town of Middleton Board of Supervisors, acting in a legally noticed and convened <br /> meeting on May 18, 1998, approved the Conditional Use Permit(CUP#1502)requested by Milo <br /> Breunig regarding property located at the intersection of Old Sauk Road and Twin Valley Road <br /> subject to the conditions noted below. <br /> 8. 7:15 PM-PUBLIC HEARING- MILO BREUNIG CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> AT OLD SAUK ROAD AND TWIN VALLEY ROAD <br /> Supervisor Mueller moved, seconded by Supervisor Held, to open the Public Hearing at <br /> 7:15 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> Supervisor Breunig indicated that he would recuse himself from this item due to a potential <br /> conflict. <br /> Sam Simon appeared on behalf of the petitioner and explained that the proposed CUP would <br /> allow a prospective buyer of the property to operate a limited family business in the barn located <br /> on the property (see Attachment C). The Town Administrator noted that the Plan Commission <br /> had approved the CUP with several conditions including that the barn must be updated to meet <br /> all applicable building codes and the site was not to be used for retail trade. <br /> No one else appeared at the Public Hearing in favor of or opposed to the CUP. Supervisor <br /> Riker moved, seconded by Supervisor Mueller,to close the Public Hearing at 7:25 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
