DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7033 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dane. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7033 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Dane described as follows: Beginning at <br /> the South quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N 01° 15' East, 325.19 feet; thence S <br /> 85° 49' West, 400.0 feet; thence S 01° 15' West, 300.41 feet; thence N 89° 22' East, <br /> 398.42 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upcu their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
