The current old LC-1 zoning doesn't incompass the type of family operated <br /> business that we currently have at this location. Also the Dane County zoning inspectors <br /> suggested we convert the existing LC-1 zoning to C-2 zoning which they thought would <br /> be no problem as long as the Township of Dane would approve of the change. So <br /> enclosed is there approval so we may proceed with the Zoning change. <br /> The overall purpose of this zoning change is to keep harmony in the neighborhood as <br /> well as keep within Dane County zoning regulations. Because the current zoning (LC-1) <br /> is a commercial zoning and to modify-change this zoning to C-2 in the townships view <br /> was a modification of an existing zoning rather than creating a new zoning-parcel. <br /> I hope this is sufficient information for the zoning change.
