3. The seasonal storage of recreational equipment and motor vehicles owned by private <br /> individuals other than those residing on the premises is prohibited outside of the existing <br /> barn on the property within the area zoned A-1. <br /> 4. The use of the building included in the area zoned C-2, Commercial shall be limited to <br /> the storage of equipment owned by Wisconsin County, City, Village or Town <br /> municipalities.No more than one such municipality shall be allowed to lease and occupy <br /> space in the building within the C-2 area at any given time. Access to the building and the <br /> movement of equipment to and from the building shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 <br /> AM- 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The building shall be secured and access to the <br /> building shall be restricted to the Owners and authorized personnel from the leasing <br /> municipalities. <br /> 5. The use of the buildings included in the area zoned LC-1,Limited Commercial, shall <br /> be limited to one(1)landscape business (lawn maintenance and snow plowing) and the <br /> existing business in Building 4 as shown on the attached survey map. The uses in the area <br /> zoned LC-1,Limited Commercial, shall at all times be in compliance with the provisions <br /> of the ordinances of Dane County and the Town of Middleton. The permitted uses <br /> contained in Sections 10.141 (c), (d), (e), (f) and(g)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances shall not be allowed in the area zoned LC-1. <br /> 6. The Owners agree that no additional buildings shall be constructed in the areas zoned <br /> C-2, Commercial or LC-1, Limited Commercial. <br /> B. Safe and Sanitary Maintenance of Property. The existing buildings and all exterior <br /> property shall be properly maintained in a safe, clean and sanitary condition, free from <br /> debris, rubbish or garbage, and physical hazards. Failure to so maintain the buildings and <br /> property may result in the Town of Middleton or Dane County seeking an equitable <br /> remedy or remedies, including, but not limited to, seeking an order to demolish said <br /> building or buildings. <br /> C. General Provisions. <br /> 1. The foregoing Restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon and benefit the owner or owners of the property contained in the attached <br /> survey map, and his,her or their heirs, successors and assigns and all parties holding <br /> under them, unless,pursuant to item 3 below, said Restrictions are amended or <br /> terminated. <br /> 2 <br />
