Following such hearing,the <br /> committee shall issue a written report on the petition to the Board of Supervisors <br /> for Dane County who shall, by majority vote, approve or reject the petition. The <br /> petition to terminate the restrictions The petition to amend the restrictions shall <br /> also be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Middleton and all <br /> property owners within six hundred(600) feet of the affected parcel, who shall, by <br /> majority vote, approve or reject the petition. If approved by both the Board of <br /> Supervisors for Dane County and the Board of Supervisors for the Town of <br /> Middleton, the Restrictions shall be deemed to be terminated. <br /> (c)A rezone of the property to a different zoning district shall also act to <br /> terminate the Restrictions, but only as said Restrictions benefit the County <br /> Government of Dane County, unless the termination of Restrictions is also <br /> specifically approved by the Town Government of the Town of Middleton and a <br /> majority of the property owners within six hundred(600)feet of the affected <br /> parcel at the time of considering the petition for rezoning. <br /> D. Effective Date.
