' DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7037 S Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETTITON NUMBER: 7037 A part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Verona, described as follows: TO R-4: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 4; thence S89°21'13" West along the Section line 543.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S89°21'13" West 123.70 feet; thence S00°08'52" West 220.60 feet; thence N89°21'13" East 123.70 feet;thence N00°08'52"East 220.60 feet to the point of beginning. A part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Verona described as follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 4; thence S89°21'13" West along the Section line 300.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S89°21'13" West 243.00 feet; thence S00°08'52" West 220.60 feet; thence S89°21'13" West 123.70 feet; thence N00°08'52" East 220.60 feet; thence S89°21'13" West 476.82 feet; thence S00°18'35" West 600.00 feet;thence N89°21'13" East 382.50 feet; thence S00°13'43" West 366.93 feet; thence N89°21'13" East 763.23 feet; thence N00°08'52" East 776.90 feet; thence S89°21'13".West 300.00 feet; thence N00°08'52" East 190.00 feet to the point of beginning. A part of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 4; thence S89°21'13" West along the Section line 1143.52 feet; thence S00°18'35" West 600.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S89°21'13" West 1452.00 feet; thence S00°18'35" West 366.94 feet; thence N89°21'13"East 1035.02 feet; thence N00°13'43" East 366.93 feet; thence S89°21'13"West 382.50 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c).
