i L <br /> r 4 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be emotive,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1).That there shall be no further residential development on the A-2 and R-4 rezone areas <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
