<br /> I. BACKGROUND
<br /> A. The applicant has requested the creation of three consecutive buildable parcels, each
<br /> larger than two acres in size, and adjacent to the Village of Mazomanie.
<br /> B. The applicant is the owner of a parcel of land of 111.7 acres approximately. Two thirds
<br /> of the property - 77 acres - were annexed to the Village of Mazomanie in 1996 and are
<br /> within the Mazomanie Urban Service Area.
<br /> C. The northeastern part of the property was rezoned in September 1979 after the adoption
<br /> of Al-EX by the town in March 1979. It consists of 5.5 acres of land with a house and
<br /> accessory buildings.
