COMPOSITE REPORT- Application No. CUP 1466 <br /> Public Hearing 11/29/97 Town of Oregon <br /> d) That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage, and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br /> e) That adequate measures are being taken to provide ingress and <br /> egress to minimize traffic congestion. <br /> f) That the conditional use shall conform to all applicable <br /> regulations. <br /> K. The Planning Commission recommended adoption of the proposal with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> #1. Driveway meet specifications as provided by the Town Engineer - 24' gravel <br /> drive - 55' radius turn around for emergency vehicles. <br /> #2. Maximum site occupancy is 24 persons on 12 annual week-end retreats <br /> (1 of maximum 1 week duration). <br /> #3. Septic to meet state code based on final design. <br /> #4. Recycling and garbage contracted. <br /> #5. Well and septic shall be installed prior to occupancy. <br /> #6. Annual review of CUP by the Town. <br /> #7. CUP goes with owner and not the land. <br /> #8. Erosion control to be provided to town and Dane Co. standards. <br /> #9. Legal fence be installed on exterior boundaries. <br /> #10. Proof of properly recorded perpetual easement. <br /> #11. Approval/clearance by Oregon Fire District. <br /> #12. Parking spaces for 12 cars plus 4 ADA approved (limited because of <br /> proximity to wetlands). Grade of driveway less than 10%. <br /> #13. Limited to plan presented. <br /> #14. Would not be used as primary residence. <br /> #15. Fire pit allowed to accommodate 24 people with 8" blocks or stones <br /> plus area of stone or fire brick around the ring. No burning during" <br /> periods of high fire risk. <br /> L. The Town Board has not acted on the proposal. The town board will meet on <br /> December 2"d <br /> II. SUMMARY <br /> A. The proposal in question does comply with the Town Plan. <br /> B. The petition follows the standards of CUPs in the Al-EX district. <br />
