The CUP request would allow a beauty shop to operate in an accessory <br /> building on the property. <br /> Section 1 y Ordinances provides, in part, as follows: <br /> ,)Al C19 t )mmittee. In particular, we would <br /> request a written statement regarding how the Zoning Committee's action meets the standards <br /> established under Section 10.255(2)(h) for the granting of conditional use permits. <br /> However, given the current absence of such written communication and the deadline for <br /> filing an appeal, please be noticed that the Town of Middleton hereby appeals the decision of the <br /> Zoning and Natural Resources Committee. The attached material reflects, in part, the basis for <br /> the Town's appeal. We reserve the right to file additional objections following receipt of the <br /> written notification from your office regarding the the Zoning Committee's decision. <br />
