As the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee is well aware, the Town of Middleton <br /> relied upon Dane County as the approving and enforcing authority under the County Zoning <br /> Code for compliance with the Zoning Permit. In fact, our reliance on the County for zoning <br /> administration and enforcement is not unique to the Town of Middleton. <br /> Members of this Committee have repeatedly espoused the County's role in administering and <br /> enforcing the provisions contained in the Dane County Zoning Code.
