As you are av rare,the Town has appealed the approval to the full County Board. In <br /> addition, we request that the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee reconsider its approval of <br /> CUP #1462 based on the following information. <br /> 1) On January 6, .998,the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee postponed action <br /> on the Conditional Use Permit"until such time that an inspection of the private sewage <br /> system is conducted and the submittal of other pertinent information." <br /> The Committee's action was based on the comments submitted by the Division of <br /> Environmental Hoalth(see Attachment A)which noted the following: <br /> A review )f the existing system as required by Wisconsin Administrative Codes <br /> Comm 83.055 should be required before the zoning change is approved. <br /> The Town of Middleton notes that no Welt inspection was completed. <br /> 2)On January 13, 1998,the Kanes attempted to respond to ZNR Committee concerns <br /> regarding the sept is system by providing the information contained in Attachments B and <br /> C.
