EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 2/17/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A parcel located NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Christiana described as follows : Commencing at the Southeast corner Section 8, thence S 89° 45' West 1338 feet±; thence N 00° 37' East, 848 feet± to the point of beginning; thence continue N 00° 37' East, 658 feet ±; thence S 89° 22' East, 291 feet ±; thence S 00° 37' West, 756 feet ±; thence N 89° 22' West, 241 feet±; thence N 26° 20' West 110 feet± to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS : These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1. That there shall be no machinery sales. 2. That the applicant shall submit to the Planning and development Department a site plan with building and parking locations. 3. That all machinery repairs shall occur indoors. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
