That the proposed conditional use does conform to all <br /> applicable regulations of the district in which it is proposed <br /> EXPIRATION OF PERMIT <br /> The Conditional Use Permit shall automatically expire on sale of <br /> the property or the business to an unrelated third party. <br /> NOTE <br /> Recipiants of this permit should recognize that rezoning or <br /> relocation of the business may be necessary if expansion of the <br /> business is desired. <br /> • <br />
