We <br /> recommend a widening at the intersection to provide a separate storage lane for vehicles turning <br /> left from CTH BB onto Kennedy Road. We also recommend the construction of a tapered <br /> acceleration lane westbound of approximately 100 feet for vehicles on Kennedy Road turning <br /> right onto CTH BB.
