The traffic study report done September 10, 1996 by John Lichtenheld, P E of <br /> Mead&Hunt Engineering with the Dane County Highway&Transportation <br /> Department review and comment dated September 9,1996. <br /> 3. The soil percolation testing study by Jeffrey L. Hammes, CST as submitted to <br /> the Department of Commerce, Platting Section of Private Sewage in the <br /> Bureau of Building Water Systems on April 14, 1997. This report is for 84 <br /> tested locations. Summary is enclosed with location map. <br /> 4. Preliminary Drainage Study report prepared by Welch Hanson& Assoc, Inc. <br /> The project engineers report was completed on November 27, 1996. <br /> Public utility routing plans are not created pending Town and County approval of the plat <br /> design. Natural gas underground power,telephone and cable TV are to the property at <br /> this time. <br /> Sixty+acres of this property were earlier platted as phase 2 being the West Ridge <br /> Addition. <br />
