I am happy that joint use and easement <br /> agreements have been reached between you and Mr. Strang. You will not need a permit <br /> from WisDOT in order to use this driveway. Nor will a permit from WisDOT be required <br /> to make any improvements to the driveway on private lands. However, if improvements <br /> are needed within the DOT right-of-way, a permit will be required from WisDOT. <br /> I hope this addresses your concerns.
