The RH-2 parcel has an existing residence and appears reasonably <br /> consistent with the adopted town/county plan in the Town of Medina. <br /> The veterinary clinic and boarding kennel uses may be compatible at this rural location with some <br /> conditions. <br /> The C-1 Commercial district permits many uses which would be incompatible at this location. <br /> Therefore, if the C-1 zoning is approved, it should have a condition on the rezoning to only allow the <br /> veterinary and boarding kennel uses. <br /> If the rezoning is granted, the CUP should have specific conditions such as: <br /> • site plan showing all buildings and parking areas <br /> • hours of operation <br /> • maximum number of animals in the kennel <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 7073 and C.U.P. 1464. CTH "TT" is not a controlled access highway. Any <br /> changes to existing points of access or new accesses requires a permit from the area <br /> maintenance supervisor.
