DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7082 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7082 <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Berry, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 6; thence N 01° 26' 24" <br /> West for a distance of 349.82 feet; thence S 86° 48' 21" West for a distance of 651.14 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence N 02° 19' 22" East for a distance of 444.48 feet; <br /> thence N 83° 09' 06" West for a distance of 267.99 feet; thence along a curve to the left <br /> having a radius of 176.78 feet and an arc length of 88.41 feet, being subtended by a chord <br /> of S 82° 30' 20" West for a distance of 87.49 feet; thence S 68° 10' 26" West for a <br /> distnace of 100.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 150.00 feet <br /> and an arc length of 66.54 feet, being subtended by a chord of S 80° 52' 55" West for a <br /> distance of 65.99 feet; thence N 86° 24' 36" West for a distance of 190.65 feet; thence S <br /> 01° 15' 10" East for a distance of 466.02 feet; thence N 86° 48' 21" East for a distance <br /> of 673.97 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
