The subject is an existing parcel zoned exclusive agriculture.. It is a legal non <br /> conforming parcel as far as the zoning is concerned. However the parcel fronts Aspen Lane which <br /> is private drive. 66' frontage onto a town road does not exist. We are also requesting a variance <br /> for the 66' frontage.
