01/14/98 16:20 FAX 608 455 2623 D.GEORGE <br /> ti4-4.5C�J�S(4.4J="Alit,! / 002 <br /> AMENDMENT/CLARIFICATION OF PREVIOUS REPORT <br /> TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION #7100_ PUBLIC HEARING 12/16/97_ <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of RUTLAND <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that <br /> said petition is hereby (Approved) . <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> All construction on either of these lots must have a Town of Rutland <br /> approved sitepjan before a Dane County Zoning permit can be issued. <br /> Please Note: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, <br /> but said rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please <br /> list the reasons for the approval. These reasons can be a critical <br /> factor for both the Zoning Committee and the County Board in their <br /> consideration of the rezone. <br /> Note: The Town Planning Commission viewed this property two if not <br /> three times and were advised that the soil is not very productive, <br /> particularly the back one third of the property. The commission was <br /> also advised that the buyer intends that the major agricultural <br /> activity on Lot 1 will be a truck farm.
