Schribner stated that shared driveways are problematic. We would prefer to not to
create the need for shared drives.
There currently is a mature tree line between lot 3 and 4. Lot 4 is being purchased
by Vickie and Steve Danz and building a new house is a long way off for them.
Their intent is to enter the lot in the existing farm field driveway and build across
from the house they presently own in the future. They will then sell their existing
home to their daughter. (Their daughter is in grade school.) In the mean time they
are going to farm lot 4, the 16 acres that surrounds their present home and
purchase 44 acres of Al land to the West of their property for farming purpose as
well.
It is also agreed to remove lot 5 from the originally proposed plan. This will avoid
crossing the area designated as wet lands. This was discussed with Brian and
Mark from Regional Planning as well.
In response to the multiple long driveways, we feel this approach uses less land
for roads and the houses will not all be in a row. Only lot one could result in a
long drive if it was decided to put the house site in the woods.
Respectfully:
/4,-5 if
/// /Ps-
Gary Anbach Date:
0,/98
RoseAnn Achenbac Date:
