As these deed restrictions were requested by the <br /> Town, the =mission remamended re-approval of Petition #7107. McCallum, moved to accept the <br /> (emission myammendation to reapprove Petition #7107 with the inclusion of the deed <br /> restrictions. <br /> 4. Reports. <br /> * The Constable reported a problem with a race car parked on the greenway at Acres Green <br /> as well as continuing problems with dogs. <br /> * Oregon Fire/EMS. Berke reported on the new fire chief, transfer of operations <br /> to the Village of Oregon, space needs and the LT1 position. As far as the borders between <br /> fire districts are concerned, the Oregon border between both Stoughton and Brooklyn is <br /> defined but the border between Stoughton and Brooklyn needs sane work. It was noted that <br /> there are several sinking funds set up for different projected purchases by the Oregon <br /> Fire/EMS district. <br /> 5. Cemetery Restoration work. No action was necessary on this matter. <br /> 6. Correspondence and any other old/new business. <br /> a) New fees allowed or required by state statute to be added to citation deposit schedule <br /> was discussed as the City of Stoughton has amended their schedule. The Town of Rutland <br /> deposit schedule will be amended at next month's meeting. <br /> b) A letter was received regarding the resignation of the Stoughton ENS director. <br /> c) Another revised Stoughton Fire/EMS billing for the years 1991 - 1996 showing what Town <br /> of Ann perceives as amounts due them was received. <br /> d) Notice of a Dane County Hwy. seminar was received. <br /> e) A letter advising of a new Marius Cable canplaint procedure was received. <br /> f) The clerk reported that the release of an old Lis Pendens on a lot in Fahey Hts. had <br /> been handled by the Town Attorney. <br /> g) Stoughton Fire Reports for 1997 were received. <br /> h) The summary of operations and maintenance (M&O) report on the remediation system was <br /> received from Liesch. <br /> i) Notice of the change from three-fourtbs to full time salary of the Stoughton_ <br /> EMS secretary was received. This will result in an increase of approximately $11000 to the <br /> total budget.
