TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT Regarding Zoning Petition # 7109 Public Hearing Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of BerrY having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (pprovegDenied). The Town Planning Commission. consisting of 7 members voted 6 in favor and 1 opposed. The Town Board. Consisting of 5 members voted 4 in favor and 1 opposed.
