Zoning Petition # 7109 Town of Berry 3/3/99 <br /> cont. <br /> have decided that in order to accomplish this, it has been decided that the <br /> Town will have to accept a new road if and when the criteria is met. The <br /> Town will always have the final decision. The Town last updated their town <br /> road ordinance in 1988. The Town Planning Commission and Town Board voted to <br /> accept new roads that meet the criteria at its discretion. The basic criteria <br /> requires Lfour or more homesites on the proposed town road. (Copies of the <br /> minutes are attached from the January 18, 1999 meeting) <br />
