Vote 7-0 to table till next meeting. <br /> 98015 & 97017 <br /> Willie Keuler present with Atty John Kassner to further petition for <br /> Commission approval of 4 building sites on Hwy 19. (formerly Street farm) <br /> Sites were approved in November 1997 (File 97017) by Commission for 4 - 16 <br /> acre min parcels with shared driveway meeting all Land Use conditions with <br /> a vote of 7-0 for approval. Keuler still trying to get rezones approved <br /> by county. Keuler resurveyed per ZNR request. Hense, (File 98015) . <br /> Atty Kassner brought research to Commission on advantages of town to <br /> re-approve request. Requesting Town to take over a completed driveway up <br /> to 1000 ft if road is built to town/county specs. Town does not now accept <br /> anymore driveways. Town Driveway Ordinance now accepts multiple homesites <br /> on shared drives if certain specs are met. Keuler does not want to go ahead <br /> with CSM's if Town will not give assurance of approval. <br /> Motion by Wendt to recommend to Town Board to accept as a Town Road a driveway <br /> built to town/cty specs built by Keuler with no less than 4 homesites and <br /> certifyed survays included. Seconded by Hodgson. Discussion included <br /> Kassman/Keuler would have an Engineer overseeing project. Comments from <br /> the floor. Bankes noted the Town Board has the authority to act within the <br /> present plan and ordinances. Also noted that Town should consider accepting <br /> drives with 4 or more homesites if drives meet all ordinance specs. <br /> Vote for approval 6-1 in favor. Commission requested revised map and Kassman <br /> promised to have all information/data available to Commission members at <br /> least one week before next meeting. <br /> No further business.
