I have been following it <br /> closely and have asked the Planning & Development Department to keep <br /> me up-to-date on the petition. <br /> At the present time, the petitioner has asked to have the petition <br /> held in abeyance until he can work out some issues with the town. <br /> Among other things, my concerns are that the Town and County Farmland <br /> Preservation Plan be followed.
