NULL & VOID: NOV. 13, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10764 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 shall be <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Dunn Location: Section 26 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to B-1 <br /> R-4 to B-1 <br /> Part of Government Lot Two(2)being the fractional Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26,Township 6 <br /> North Range 10 East, in the Town of Dunn, Dane County,Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:Commencing at <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 26;thence N89°04'22"E, 2125.85 feet along the South line of the Northwest <br /> 1/4 of Section 26 to a point on the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 51 and the point of beginning;thence <br /> N10°18'47"W,99.54 feet along said East line of U.S. Highway 51;thence N00°44'01"E, 216.91 feet;thence <br /> N01°10'27"W,234.02 feet;thence S88°37'20"E 153.29 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way of Barber Drive <br /> (formerly U.S.Highway 51);thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 1942.86 feet,with a chord bearing of <br /> S06°29'30"E,57.60 feet;thence S82°39'32"W 15.00 feet;thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 1957.86 <br /> feet,with a chord bearing of S10°35'43" E,with a chord length of 222.28 feet;thence along a compound curve to the <br /> left with a radius of 1957.86 feet,with a chord bearing of S14°03'07"E,with a chord length of 13.85 feet;thence <br /> along a compound curve to the left with a radius of 1957.86 feet,with a chord bearing of S18°06'21"E, 263.00 feet to <br /> a point on the South line of the Northwest 1/4;thence S89°04'22"W, 251.04 feet along said South line to the point of <br /> beginning;having an area of 102,626 square feet, 2.35 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a final certified survey map <br /> that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter <br /> 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County <br /> Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation <br /> Committee, or its authorized representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the <br /> certified survey map. Failure to submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to <br /> record the survey with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
