In <br /> our letter of approval we incorrectly worded our approval for single family use only... <br /> and thus added confusion which resulted in a deed restriction being added which would <br /> not allow the normal RH-1 district uses. Their was one condition and deed restriction <br /> applied by Dane County 1) That there be single family residential use only on the rezone <br /> area. The Town would now like to correct this error with a proper petition which would <br /> be a normal RH-1 without further restriction. We request that the new petition we seek <br /> to file at this time will removed the deed restriction placed on this property. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
