Schutte, Zoning Inspector <br /> Dane County Planning & Development <br /> Rm. 116, City-County Building <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Kris: <br /> Roxbury Valley Trap Club's zoning change request was reviewed last Tuesday (1/27/98) <br /> at the public hearing (item# 7130 with C.U.P. # 1475). The rezoning was discussed <br /> independent of the C.U.P. and our request was given a conditional approval, i.e., <br /> approved with a delayed effective date. I am writing to coordinate what documents and <br /> information the committee needs to put the rezoning into effect. <br /> There did not appear to be any particular problem with our request, but the committee <br /> wanted to be sure it had all the details. Towards that end I am enclosing the following: <br /> o A clean site plan(zoning sketch) from Arrow Land Surveying revise dated 1/9/98. <br /> Apparently the committee did not have,this sketch. <br /> ❑ A document describing some additional dimensions not shown on the site plan, the <br /> sort of tree and grass distribution and a little about the lay of the land (slopes). <br /> My understanding is that the effective date of rezoning will be when the committee has <br /> all the information it needs to get the full picture. Further, they are meeting next Tuesday <br /> in a work meeting and will complete the approval of our request if we get them what they <br /> want. <br /> Please review the enclosed materials and, if sufficient, pass them along to the committee <br /> so that they might put our rezoning plan into effect.
