This will require you to <br /> extend the B-1 zoned area down to envelope the rest of the parking spaces to the <br /> south(in the area currently zoned RE-1. Please contact your surveyor to submit a <br /> revised legal description of the expanded B-1 area and submit it to our office. <br /> A-2 remnant area to the north and south: <br /> Currently, A-2 zoning requires a minimum of 16 acres. The remnant A-2 areas to <br /> the north and south of the proposed rezone area will need to be rezoned also, since <br /> they will become separate zoning lots that are each less than 16 acres. Please <br /> contact a surveyor to submit a legal description pertaining to both the larger <br /> remnant lot to the north(probably will be rezoned to A-2 (8)) and the smaller <br /> remnant lot to the south (probably will be rezoned to A-2(4)). This request could <br /> be attached onto the current petition. <br /> Usage description: <br /> Several questions arose in regards to how the B-1 area will be used. If you would <br /> be so kind as to submit a more detailed statement than the one which was <br /> submitted at time of application, touching on such issues as what occurs at the site <br />
