This is an existing business in an agricultural preservation area in the Town of <br /> Blooming Grove, where the request is to remove the existing deed restrictions. <br /> At this location, 1/4 mile outside the urban service area, most of the C-2 commercial uses would <br /> be incompatible. In fact, the adopted policy is: "Commercial development shall be encouraged for <br /> Vondron Road and Femrite Drive, within the urban service area." This site is not within the urban <br /> service area and therefore is not a location where more intensive commercial development is <br /> desired. <br /> The application indicates a request for outdoor storage.
