Density Study Summary for Rezone #7134 <br /> January 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Bert <br /> Frederickson at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Cross Plains <br /> (12/26/81), consisting of 161 acres .
