L4idaV;;�,G&Q <br /> Ev/ELOPMENT <br /> Mr. Norbert Scribner, P`+` ' "' 'rECpRDS <br /> Authorized Representative <br /> Land Division Review <br /> Planning&Development <br /> City-County Building, Room 116 <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Mr. Scribner: <br /> The Town of Middleton Board of Supervisors, acting in a legally noticed and convened <br /> meeting on January 19, 1998, approved Zoning Petition#7138 submitted by Joel and Vicki <br /> Dohlmeyer of 4042 Keewatin Trail as noted below: <br /> 7. 7:45 PM-PUBLIC HEARING - JOEL DOHMEIER PETITION TO REZONE FROM <br /> A-1 TO RH-1 <br /> Chairman Tallard called the Public Hearing to order at 7:45 PM. Mr. Dohmeier appeared and <br /> explained that the intent of the rezoning is to allow for two (2)horses on the property. The <br /> Administrator informed the Board that the proposed rezoning had been approved by the Plan <br /> Commission subject to a number of conditions including limiting the animals to horses, allowing <br /> no more than two horses, requiring a manure handling plan and the inclusion of deed restrictions <br /> that provide for no animals on the property should the property ever be sold or title transferred in <br /> the future. <br /> Following registrations and presentations by a large number of residents from the Keewatin <br /> Trail neighborhood, Supervisor Riker moved, seconded by Supervisor Mueller, to close the <br /> Public Hearing at 8:55 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
