I , <br /> Supervisor Riker moved, seconded by Supervisor Mueller,to approve the proposed rezoning <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> -The property be deed restricted to horses only, with a maximum of 2 horses at any given <br /> time. <br /> -The property be deed restricted so that if the property is transferred at any time, no <br /> horses will be allowed on the property. <br /> -The property owners shall file a manure handling plan with the Town for approval. <br /> -The Town of Middleton and Dane County shall be approving parties to the deed <br /> restrictions. <br /> -The Dohmeiers agree to construct and maintain a line fence separating their propoerty <br /> from the Wayne Rounds property to the east. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> Following the Board action, Herman Miller of 7722 West Old Sauk Road voluntarily <br /> withdrew his application to rezone an adjacent parcel from A-1 to RH-1.
