Our property lies directly to <br /> the north of the Dohmeier's and has been zoned RH-1 for at least the 10 years we have owned it. <br /> During that time, we've had horses which we even pastured on the Dohmeier land for <br /> approximately the period of 1991 - 1995. Our horses have enjoyed pats and treats from many a <br /> neighbor. <br /> Since the Dohmeier's have built their tasteful and well-tended home and barn, we're certain our <br /> property has increased in value. For those to the north of our land, we have offered to plan trees <br /> along our drive to block any view of the Dohmeier barn. We've had a gardener draw up <br /> landscaping plans which we will implement beginning this spring. <br /> Please let us know if you have any questions or need further information.
