The Town of Blooming Grove and J&H of Wisconsin, Inc. <br /> shall execute an agreement regarding the conditions and <br /> requirements of the clay extraction, in a form approved <br /> by the Town Attorney. The operator shall provide a copy <br /> of that signed agreement to the County Zoning <br /> Administrator. <br />
