The mineral extraction project is considered to be in a critical site and should comply <br /> with the goals of 7.5 ton/ac/yr soil loss reduction. <br /> 2. The mineral extraction project is next to a sensitive area, a wetland. <br /> 3. The water quality component should be addressed to prevent sediment from leaving the <br /> site. <br />
