J & H shall comply with all applicable <br /> federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances relating to the Property, the <br /> operation and removal of Minerals from the Property, and the reclamation of the Property. <br /> Any conditions of operation regarding the Property made applicable by other governing <br /> bodies are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. <br /> 15. Notices. Any obligations under this Agreement that are to be performed <br /> by J & H after the termination or expiration of the Agreement shall survive the <br /> termination of the Agreement. <br /> 17. Liability Insurance. J & H agrees to name Blooming Grove as an additional <br /> insured under its general liability insurance. Such insurance shall have a minimum of <br /> $2,000,000 combined single limit coverage per occurrence for the term of the Agreement. <br /> J & H shall annually furnish a Certificate of Insurance as evidence of such insurance <br /> coverage. <br /> 18. Indemnification.
