000802 <br /> for access across the Property to the Meister Property, in a recordable form acceptable to <br /> the Town attorney. <br /> 14. Compliance with Applicable Laws. J & H shall comply with all applicable <br /> federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances relating to the Property, the <br /> operation and removal of Minerals from the Property, and the reclamation of the Property. <br /> Any conditions of operation regarding the Property made applicable by other governing <br /> bodies are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. <br /> 15. Notices. Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in <br /> writing and shall be deemed sufficiently given to the other party if personally delivered <br /> or sent by certified mail, with postage prepaid thereon, addressed to: <br /> John Ziegler <br /> J & H of Wisconsin, Inc. <br /> W 1449 Alpine road <br /> Brooklyn, WI 53521 <br /> Town Clerk <br /> Town of Blooming Grove <br /> 1880 S. Stoughton Road <br /> Madison, WI 53716 <br /> Additionally, any notice sent to Blooming Grove shall be mailed to Richard K. <br /> Nordeng, Stafford, Rosenbaum, Rieser & Hansen, P. 0. Box 1784, Madison, WI <br /> 53701-1784. Either party may designate in writing a different address to which notices <br /> shall be sent. <br /> 16. Survival. Any obligations under this Agreement that are to be performed <br /> by J & H after the termination or expiration of the Agreement shall survive the <br /> termination of the Agreement. <br /> 17. Liability Insurance. J & H agrees to name Blooming Grove as an additional <br /> insured under its general liability insurance. Such insurance shall have a minimum of <br /> $2,000,000 combined single limit coverage per occurrence for the term of the Agreement. <br /> J & H shall annually furnish a Certificate of Insurance as evidence of such insurance <br /> coverage. <br /> 18. Indemnification.
