Mr. Hauge <br /> has access to Bomkamp circle for his lot #1 . If Mr. Hauge <br /> sells his lot, my lot#2 will be land locked. <br /> When I talked to Mr. Hauge about an easement or right-of- <br /> way for a driveway across his lot to Bomkamp Circle in <br /> place of the agreed to road, He said that I was justtrying <br /> to cause trouble. On the contrary I seek only a solution <br /> to the need of land for a driveway to my lot. A denial of <br /> the zoning change will provide the incentive to bring about <br /> some compromise. <br /> My wife is scheduled for heart surgery on February 24th at <br /> St. Mary' s Hospital , and I will not be able to attend the <br /> hearing. <br /> Thank you for yourr attention <br />
