This proposed removal of deed restrictions to permit construction of a single family <br /> home is in an unsewered development area of the Town of Sun Prairie where such low density <br /> residential development is allowed by policy. <br /> We note that this parcel as well as the two to the south were part of a 1997 CSM in which all had this <br /> same restriction(no residential development). <br /> However,the lot in#7148 has public road frontage and therefore could be developed as a residential <br /> lot. The two lots directly south which have the same deed restriction could not be similarly developed <br /> since they have no public street access. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> ZP#7148 A soil evaluation on file in this office indicates there is sufficient area for a mound system on this <br /> parcel.No Objection to this petition. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
