Mr. Al Martin
December 2, 1998
Page 2
Please note there will be some minor additional wetland impacts in the new plat from a related project.
As engineer for the Town of Burke,we are in the process of designing a service loop for the water main,
which will enter the development in a previously-disturbed area on the eastern border of Outlot 1,as
shown on the enclosed figure. Since this will be a town project,a separate wetland fill permit will be
required from the COE for this activity. We will coordinate the environmental features of the water main
project with the COE,ZNR,and other agencies as the design is developed.
Thank you for your time in reviewing this update of Dovetail Subdivision. We are at your service if you
have any questions.
Sincerely,
MEAD&HUNT,Inc.
Perry Rossa
Project Scientist
Enclosures
cc: Chris DeRemer,Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, South Central District
Jim Knowles,U.S.Army Corps of Engineers
Bill Lane,Dane County Regional Planning Commission
Brian Standing,Dane County Planning and Development
B 73A012\B73-98B
