FEB 20 '98 10:51AM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.9/13 <br /> acceptable). No more than 44 residential units shall be allowed on the property and <br /> shall be constructed in the configuration and dimensions as shown on the attached <br /> Exhibit A and as represented at the February 9, 1998 Plan Commission meeting. Such <br /> residential units shall be held in condominium ownership form, with sizes from 900 <br /> square feet to 1,250 square feet. Within the two mixed use structures, no more than <br /> 12,000 square feet of retail/commercial space shall be allowed (6,000 square feet each). <br /> The design of the combination residential/commercial buildings shall be subject to <br /> further design review approval as noted above, but shall be substantially similar as <br /> shown at the February 9, 1998 Plan Commission meeting. No further residential or <br /> dwelling units shall be allowed on the property. Parking shall be provided as shown <br /> on the attached, with residential parking underground, and the configuration and <br /> dimensions of which shall not differ from that as shown on at Exhibit A. <br /> 19, The Plat shall conform to applicable condominium plat requirements and <br /> its form shall be acceptable to the Town Engineer and Town Attorney. <br /> 20. The convenience store shown on the eastern side of the property at <br /> Exhibit A shall remain subject to design review as noted above, but its design as well <br /> as any canopy or other related structures shall conform substantially and blend with the <br /> design of the two mixed use buildings for the property, and shall be limited to one <br /> story.
