Review by Town maintenance staff as to the provision of Town services <br /> to be provided to the property and a written report regarding the same to the Board <br /> prior to construction commencing on the property. <br /> 15. Necessary easements or access rights for: storm sewer and sanitary sewer <br /> facilities; storm water drainage; gas, water, electric power and telephone facilities; <br /> emergency or maintenance vehicle access; or, other necessary easements or access <br /> rights shall be provided before construction commences on the property, as approved <br /> by the Town Engineer and in a form approved by the Town Attorney. All easements <br /> shall be 12 feet wide or wider when recommended by the Town Engineer. <br /> 16. All outstanding special assessments and fees shall be paid prior to the <br /> commencement of construction on the property. <br /> 17. The Plan Commission shall have design review approval of all structures <br /> on the property, including the condominium units. This shall include the architectural <br /> design of the buildings, the accesses, grading, and landscaping and/or screening for the <br /> property, which shall be completed prior to construction commencement. <br /> 18. Development of the property shall be restricted and conform substantially <br /> to the layout shown on Exhibit A and consistent with this Resolution. The two <br /> buildings for mixed residential/commercial use shall be restricted to no more than 2'V <br /> stories.
