Such deed restrictions shall contain necessary restricting <br /> language contemplated by this Resolution, and may be contained in the Development <br /> Agreement recorded as to the property. <br /> 10. The Developer shall comply with any rules, regulations, and permits of <br /> County, State or Federal agencies with respect to the sewerage system, wells, erosion <br /> control, stormwater drainage control, and construction erosion and drainage control <br /> measures, as well as all provisions of Town Ordinances. <br /> 11. Approval of a proper Conditional Use Permit shall be obtained so as to <br /> allow the mixed use residential/business development as shown on the attached Exhibit <br /> A, and to allow condominiums, conditioned upon and consistent with the terms and <br /> restrictions of this Resolution. <br /> 12. A public sanitary sewage system to provide public sewer to the property <br /> shall be required for development of the property. <br /> 13. The Developer shall comply with all recommendations made by the <br /> Town Engineer as to public improvements required or necessitated by the proposed <br /> development of the property, whether those improvements are recommended to be <br /> completed on or off the property. The Town Engineer shall review and approve public <br /> improvement plans and specifications for technical compliance and for construction <br /> and design. The Developer will cooperate with the Town and work to the best of its <br /> abilities to obtain approval of traffic control devices and/or other desired improvements <br /> at the Willow Road/C.T.H.
